I stopped buying NN because of the creasing and went back to M&S which I never have any problems with.

Mine also went back. I got an e-mail on Monday saying it had been serviced and was on its way back to me but it hasn't arrived yet. I expect it will come with Parcel Force.

We have one (not from QVC ) and Dyson is sending us a box and prepaid label to send it back for a check.

I'm not buying even though almond shower oil is my favourite . I bought directly from L'Occitane store last year and got a free set containing the same sized divine cream and cleansing mousse so it doesn't seem such a great value TSV. Anyway, I prefer MB which I stocked up with in their sale.

We have had the multi for a few months now. It is very good on the stairs and for sweeping up crumbs etc in the kitchen.

It says awaiting stock on my account as well. Seem to remember it was due to be sent out on the 5th.

I have noticed that many of these fleece robes and the last TSV have Carole Hochmans name on them. However, looking at QVC.com the same items have Stan Herman's name on them. I wonder if they are in business together. I know Stan used to come to QVC with his robes several years ago.

We ordered the GTech handheld and it has just arrived.We paid £129 and also got an extension hose free. It needs to be charged before I try it out.

My TSV arrived yesterday. Came with Hermes. It was still showing "in process" on my Q account.

I agree with what has been said about Woodwick candles. They are a novelty when first lit but after a while the crackling becomes too much. I have a few dotted around the house but they are seldom lit.

The Molton Brown I ordered on Thursday arrived on Saturday. Admittedly there was an item missing, but after sending an e-mail to them was informed another bottle would be ordered and would be here by Tuesday.Spent over £49 so free P+P.

My order arrived this morning which was very quick. I was missing a handwash so I sent them an e-mail and they are going to send one to arrive on Tuesday.
