Try calling CS. I bought some lilies described as 'lasting all summer long', they didnt all come up, and were, to be honest, pathetic. I'd bought a couple of sets - one was a present and they had the same problems. I made a complaint, and they refunded. In full.

You set up an account with Quidco, then as you want to buy something, you go to Quidco first and click through to QVC etc. When the money is received by Quidco (takes a month or two depending on who the merchant is) from the merchants (like QVC) then you are paid either by BACS into your bank...

I've earned £150 on Quidco since Jan 09 - not just on QVC though, but it soon adds up - esp for insurance

My 'fence' tells me it is out around 12th Oct (so I think they will at least mention it on TSV day) - but I think there was another thread about the contents of the TSV and it didnt mention the perfume.... Have you signed up to win a sample from the link I sent?
