    "Pre-loved"

Perfectly aware of how companies have operating costs. But, as I said, I am happy to pay for the privilege of being able to try something for an extended period. Getting a returned item of clothing/bag etc should not be an issue to any of us - other retailers place returned items back on sale...

    "Pre-loved"

QVc has a unique selling point (USP) though - its 30 day MBG - no other retailer allows you to actually use the goods and then return them for a full refund (unless they prove to be faulty). Sometimes I prefer to shop with Q because I know that I can give my purchase a thorough test drive yet...

    Lulu Guinness TSV 14/12/15

Hmm, I love the design and the colours but I don't like the logo printed in gold - I'd worry that it would start to rub off.

    Ali K's hair

After reading your post I popped over to Q to have a look. I was expecting her to look shocking (or shocked) but she looks OK to me. Maybe I have lower standards???

    Qvc diamonds

I buy jewellery with my heart - if I love it then I'll get it (purse willing). It's not just the carat weight that's important with diamonds - the cut, colour and clarity all dictate how brilliant it is and how much it's worth. I'd say that good quality diamonds are more likely to be set in...

Credit us with some intelligence, Marverine.

Marv takes the 'I can't believe it's not butter' routine to a whole new level. The wide eyes, the gasp, a little 'steps back in amazement' - she's naturally talented. It does seem to be a theme now for quite a few presenters to feign shock and awe. Debbie is ramping it up more and more and...

Too many groups spoil the broth?

Studies show that people are far more likely to talk about their complaints than they are about receiving generally good service. I've had generally good service from QVC over more than 20 years and haven't come on here to let everyone know about it on each of those hundreds of occasions...

    Skechers TSV 11/12/15

If you're near an Asda, pop in and try their Wonderfit range - they have an amazing amount of stretch so try quite a few sizes out... there may be something that fits. I've got the opposite problem - skinny legs for my hip size  so I'm always on the lookout for sympathetic styles.

Too many groups spoil the broth?

I buy most of my stuff online now and so have a good share of experiences across assorted companies. Q is not the worst out there - it's not the best BUT it is what it is. As to social media - it's retail - it's business - they are trying to protect the corporate online chatter... misguided but...

    Lulu's Time Bomb TSV 9/12/15

If only that could be used on the presenters and products that seem to be on constant re-runs.

Too many groups spoil the broth?

I honestly don't care whether they have a FB group, fan pages or anything else... as long as it doesn't affect my shopping habits. If Q ever starts giving benefits for 'liking' on FB etc then I'll start caring - until then, I'll just carry on doing my own thing.

    L'Occitane TSV 5/12/15

I've just gone through all the bits in the Floral kit and I LOVE IT ALL - so much so that I am probably not going to be using any of it for pressies - :sun::sun::sun: - it's all mine, oh yes. The L'Occitane and Liz Earle TSVs have been my best purchases in ages - very good value for money.

    Kim & co

I think it's just nerves doing the talking sometimes. At least Kim sticks to just talking about her products and knows them inside out... no spouting irrelevant anecdotes about family, girlfriends, personal encounters etc.

    Lola Rose TSV 10/12/15

The trouble for me is that I think the gold bits, coupled with the faceting of the stones, makes this look more of a Claire's Accessories than a Lola Rose piece.

Kim & Co One Time Only Prices

I've not seen any drop in the quality... and I love the fact she is using more choices of fabric now as I absolutely hate with a passion her slinky fabric. Colours stay bright and seams stay put (even on the stretchy designs).

    Kim & co

I've just bought this at the 'surprise price' - went for the burnt orange - really looking forward to it. .http://www.qvcuk.com/Kim-&-Co-Mirage-Knit-Cascading-Front-Edge-To-Edge-Cardigan.product.157402.html?sc=NVSTROI&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION-_-3-_-157402 Like any range, I just pick and choose for...

    L'Occitane TSV 5/12/15

I love the Cherry Blossom and Rose fragrances so I've bought three (ouch) floral sets so I can take out my favourites and then use the rest as stocking fillers. I just love the smells - they are like aromatherapy for me.

    Christmas Kitchen TSV 04/12/15

JF said they would collect it because of its weight - that was in the launch hour... oh dear.

    Christmas Kitchen TSV 04/12/15

I've got a wheeled butchers block from M&S - I 'park' it in front of the dishwasher and store all of my plastic tubs in one of the baskets, onions and garlic, the Ninja plus spare kitchen rolls in the second basket and have chopping boards and bread knife in the drawer. I wheel it away to fill...

    Apple TSV 3/12/15

Think you were looking at the higher spec - the equivalent one in John Lewis is £1,049 - including a three year warranty. http://www.johnlewis.com/new-apple-macbook-intel-core-m-8gb-ram-256gb-flash-storage-12-retina-display/p1945510?colour=Space%20Grey There's no way Q's 'added value' is worth...
