well I have not found them everything I have looked at has p&p, even some of the kipling bags.

it might be founders day, with free p&p but theres nothing to buy unless u like norkthern nights, butler and wilson or kipling, and then its only whats on air, not all kipling bags

May have to ammend my thoughts on returns now, I returned a leather jacket on 15th march, it is not showing returned back, so rang cs and they said give it 21 days, this is so annoying as it should not take 3 weeks for a parcel to get to liverpool, cs said they may have received it back but not...

HAVE JUST RETURNED A NECKLACE ON TUESDAY THIS WEEK AND IT SHOWED AS RETURNED BY THURSDAY AND JUST HAD THE EMAIL REFUNDING IT BACK ONTO MY ACCOUNT TODAY i MUST BE JUST LUCKY AS MY RETURNS ALL GET REFUNDED WITHIN 2/3 DAYS.

have just ordered the liquidfix from QVC. wish I could have got it from T K Max, but the one here in Tyne Wear and Newcastle do not have it.

I have just had phone call from QVC, apparently my returns are 55%, he wanted to kn ow how they could help to minimise returns, well I said 'if the items were suitable and quality I would not return them, also sizing of the clothes needs to be addressed by them, only other way to cut returns...

I have just used mine today for the first time, they were good for walking on the snow but when I got off the bus in town, I found walking on the pavements a bit odd, however when I came home i had got used to them and walking up the hill to home was very easy, so have decided I will keep them.

I have never had a problem getting wax out, as I heat it up for a while, and then it just slides out. then I clean around with kitchen paper. hope this helps.

Think you might be right there! me also. Just had the letter about cheque holds.I have never had any vouchers or christmas cards and have spent thousands since they started.Oh well next year is going to be very different, my new years resolution is defo going to be less spending with QVC.
