It sounds daft but when I've had this problem the tube was too long. As it has a gentle bend at the bottom when it gets low it ends up sucking some air or can't get enough suction to can't get the product up. I've cut off the very end of the tube and it works again. The 1st one I did I cut it...

I wouldn't have been so bothered if it was an advert where the mistake was, but this was repeated over 6 live hours all stating the same that the starter kit contained 6 metal tips. I honestly thought that if something was promised numerous times then it should be included.
