I went to bed early the other night I was bored without the forum,I like reading the posts and having a natter....the other half is not a great talker and is usually asleep or on the computer!!
he has a knack of wanting to talk when I am ready to go to bed!!:sleepy:
he has got a right moody on him today so I am gald the forums up and running!!

Me and OH are always in different rooms as we don't like the same tv progs. I love all the soaps etc and he is into sci fi. I so missed the forum and hated not knowing what all my fellow forumites were up to. I miss the thanks button and keep forgetting it is gone.

I missed it so much when it was down, it had been so cheering to know that I am not the only one who tunes into QVC and thinks "what the ***** is going on?" and "who on earth woudl buy that?" and "oh that is really lovely". Plus I always have a giggle on here no matter how dificult my day has been. Miss the "thanks" button as it made me feel happy when I got one and I like letting people know that I value\enjoy their comments and opinions

It's quite horrible isn't it. Every time I see a post I want to thank my right hand twitches and goes into a spasm over the keyboard. I'm going to have to get techy and find out how to put a thank you at the bottom of my posts.:thinking2:

Yeah It's not the same - but it's the best I can do until things are sorted out.

Poor old Graham, I hope it's not too stressful. I am completely non technical so I'm no help I'm afraid.

When my computer goes screwy on me I kind of stroke it and talk to it as if it's a frightened animal! (Hubby thinks it's hilarious! )

It gets me back though by refusing to work all day and then being perfectly fine when I try to show Hubby what it's been doing to torment me! :blush:
