Thank for sharing SCW - I was very tempted by this lovely set..... and super excited to see it at an 'event price'... until I noticed that this special offer is only 6p less than the regular price of £30.00!!!!!.
So, I'm not feeling the need to rush and order any more!

Well I just ordered it, but didn't spot the 6p discount, LOL. However, these are often at £50-ish so happy to buy at this price. I quite fancy the Icicles set as well but may have to think about the price.

Aren't the ones with the different labels the slightly cheaper range that YC do, vs their housewarmer jars? Similar to the ones you can buy from Asda etc - I've had them before and they don't smell anywhere near as strong as the regular ones, but there's no details on the QVC description, hmmm....

On another note, £4.95 p&p for 6 melt cups - how the hell do they justify that, they hardly weigh anything/take up any room and for £22, QVC can hardly say they cost more to insure????

The ones Asda and Tesco do are the Simply Home range. This is the Portrait range. Whether or not they are the same, better or worse I have yet to verify!

the portrait range is like the old artisan ones so should be QVC Price £47 down to the £29.94

I used to love the Artisan range. Absolutely no difference in quality to the housewarmer jars IMHO. I am hopeful the portrait range will be just as good.

I've tried the Lavender in this range from the last day of Yankee shows and it is reasonably strong - maybe not quite as good a throw as lavender scents in other Yankee ranges but not bad at all.

Yes, I think they've just got the regular price wrong. The other Artisan trios seem to be £47 full price.

Very, very sadly at least one of these new sets is tempting me too.

I reckon I shall have to get the Icicles set as well. I didn't get the AD when it was on Q as I thought blue was just wrong for an Xmas candle. Then I smelt it in a shop and loved it. Cranberry Ice was a favourite of mine, so guess that is another phone call to make! Anyone got a spare cupboard???

Why do they insist on calling these holders votive holders (and selling them with votives), but then say votives should be burned in a snug fit container? The wax would just collapse in these - I know because I've tried similar.
