Thank you. Rang QVC this afternoon and they said it could be anytime up to next Monday! At least I know what time my Evri guy usually comes but it is annoying that there is no tracking info.

I had exactly the same experience as Mazza - I ordered in the 9 o 'clock show but I didn't receive any tracking or despatch info. In fact when Evri delivered I had been expecting a parcel (not via QVC) and was surprised to receive two boxes. I also didn't receive the usual "how do you rate courier" text after delivery, only for the one parcel. In my post above I mentioned they didnt come direct from yankee but what seems to be their distributor - maybe they have to sort their delivery process out . I hope you receive yours ok

I get really annoyed that QVC charge high p&p for products and then don’t give you tracking details. Or charge you £2.99, send by post in a small Jiffy bag, that’s probably the cost of a first class stamp.

aint going to happen cause remember when they tried next day delivery that messed up them & the warehouse big time so it dont work for them

I get peeved having to pay high P&P and then the packaging is rubbish. I bought a ring once and it arrived in an envelope and the ring was just in one of those little plastic bags you might get buttons in. What if it was for a gift? You'd expect it to be in a ring box at least.

I remember one of the presenters a few years back saying they only now use boxes for rings over I think it was £25? The last Diamonique ring I bought was in a flat pack thing. It was under £20, but was on clearance and had been over £30.

I don't believe the p&p has any relation to the size, weight, fragility, or value of the item.
I think it has more to do with Q maintaining their margin on goods sold. I think that's also why they will remain glued to the p&p per item rather than per basket.
In many cases, they seem to choose the most basic services from their delivery agents, when we know those agents do offer tracked delivery, and sometimes even timeslots.

I know from ordering from different websites and even eBay, I get tracking from Evri and even Royal Mail. Okay it is basic, but we will or hope to deliver your parcel on X day between usually 11 am - 1 or 2 pm, and it arrives between those times.

I bought an Emma Hardie face mask from Sephora with 30% off so £30, and I have tracking supplied and free shipping.

I had the same with a £30 ring in a tiny ziplock bag, inside a bog standard envelope.. It seems to be a bit hit and miss. £12 earrings in a proper earring box and £30 earrings in a polythene bag in a Jiffy bag.
