I'm sorted for a bag now...I mean it's not a known brand it says loreinxy Paris on the front, but it's leather it's the right shape, size and colour for my liking and looks lovely. However in my search I was tempted by a Radley bag in TK last week, it was a fairly large messenger style bag..it looked as though I could get a lot in it, again it was leather and looked smart and at £39.99 I almost succumbed..what stopped me was when I caught sight of myself holding it when I walked past the mirror and because it was so flat it looked weird - like I had a sheet of cardboard hanging off my arm so I put it back. I had a quick look at the Radley sale and a lot of the reductions are amazing until you click on them and the price is actually a lot higher, anything truly bargainous is in a putrid colour. I've learned that bags are one thing that really need to be looked at in person before buying unless bought from somewhere that does free P&P/returns. It's hard to see quality and impossible to feel when you're looking at a tv demo....I mean I thought my Ashwood leather bag was gonna be roomy and classy looking when in fact the opposite was true, even the colour was a little bit "off" from what I was expecting and the leather itself didn't look the best quality - Lesson learned £45 down the swannee!
