On Saturday I bought...

Grandpa's weeder
A Lola Rose necklace

The 2nd 2 were sent out on Sunday (within 24hrs). I've received the weeder by Courier this afternoon and I imagine the Lola necklace will turn up in the morning with the postie as jewellery is always quick. WHY OH WHY has the Laura Geller TSV not even been sent yet - still says 'in process'. Rang CS and they said they'd send a message to the warehouse. I thought TSVs were usually sent out quickly! Grrrrrrrrr! Rant over!

I am new to this Forum but have had great fun over the last few months checking out all of your comments and I have to say great advice on many occasions.


I have had the same problem with the Laura Geller TSV - it has yet to appear as sent on my account. I thought it was a 3 to 5 working day delivery guarantee but if it has not even been sent out yet how can that be the case??

I'm not best pleased - should have gone to Just Beauty Direct and bought some Smashbox!!

They'll end up sending out today and we'll get them by friday which is 5 working days. Still poor service though!

I ordered 3 items on 2nd August - the first of them arrived in five days, the second seven days, and the third, which had been that day's TSV, arrived yesterday - there's just no accounting for it.

How strange - I received my Laura Geller at lunchtime, couldn't believe how speedy it was. I rang and ordered about 8.30, maybe the ordering method affects how they are processed (just a guess)

Hi again

My Laura Gellar sets are still Processing and it is now Wednesday. I have quite a tall tale to tell about my experiences with QVC but I will keep it brief. I closed my account a few months ago as I received "that phonecall" and "that letter". I persuaded my hubby to let me use his name to open another account in order to purchase the LG TSV. He said I was crazy but I really wanted to try it and I also wanted to order a large spackle. I was doing fine without the hassle of shopping with QVC so why oh why I bothered I really don't know. I also ordered the Auto Delivery :grin:

I am now suffering the same frustrations as I did before and will not be ordering anything else (lesson learned I am afraid!!!):headbang:
