Hmmmmm so much for customers being listened to !
When Indigo Moon first appeared years ago, I will admit to falling in love with the quirky patterns and designs for the jackets and coats. At that time Julia K the designer would regular be on the show discussing her creations.
I managed to get on air on one occasion and ask her to put pockets in her jackets - as did many other viewers; (a major failing on many of qvc jackets) - oh yes, she said, she was planning to do this on future collections.
Huh ! - Although I have since long 'got over' my IM addiction, I see the jackets are STILL pocketless some 8 years later. I now refuse to consider any jacket without pockets.
Soooooo, I wish the vendors would STOP making the claim that they LISTEN to their customers, because its all bulls.....t, and as for telephoning in, its all a complete waste of time !:headbang:
