What would make you buy from Gemporia again?

Just because this is the nearest thread, I will post it here. Correct me if I'm wrong, but did I hear years back that the Tanzanite grading system was 'invented' by Gemporia and adopted the world over? And if that be the case, why is Jake rubbishing the system. Not buying scrabble.....

Although there's plenty of fake material online and buying from Troth & Co does guarantee some sense of authenticity - particularly for a common or garden mineral such as malachite, there are equally lots of genuine pieces available which, in my opinion, are more attractive for reasonable prices such as these for £60-ish, each. One mineral where shouting out the weight doesn't justify a silly "price per carat" comparison. I mean, it's not as if Troth is selling the scrap price of the copper inside, surely?!!
I wouldn't rule it out, anything's possible from that shyster!
