What qualifies as a TSV........?

Well today's quite bizarre mirror TSV is a saving of £6.07, whilst p and p is £5.95. How on earth can this be a TSV? Words fail me

The last few TSV's that I have been interested in have only been a saving of the postage.

Not a great saving, so I have not purchased.

That has often amused me; why not have it the free postage product. I know some are better value than that but on the whole for the majority you are just saving not much more than the cost of postage.
