Ordered quite a bit this week :27:!
They were dispatched yesterday.....they arrived today! Cant believe it. Got my Sarah Chapman, cant wait to try it.

Also got my order today which was ordered 2 days ago, only problenm is the ring ordered was a size Q and I got an L!
Really wish they would take more care with things like that as this is not the first time.:28:
Wonder if I get a letter due to the unacceptable returns!!!!!!!!
 
Ive always found them pretty quick, one of the reasons I like them so much :)

As I said on another thread, I order some L'Occitane on Good Friday and it shipped on saturday. Even allowing for the easter holidays it arrived on Thursday. I have noticed stuff arriving much quicker for a few months now.
 
I'm a bit miffed with QVC and their packaging...

I wish I could be as happy with QVC this week:2: I ordered 200 blank white cards (£4.95 P&P!) and they arrived, purely placed in a cardboard box, no cellophane, no bubblewrap, nothing, just on top of each other inside the box! Consequently, at least 50 are damaged with dog eared corners, where they bashed against the side in transit:25: I've ordered many things from QVC in the past, all fairly well packaged (like tiny little items that weigh nothing surrounded by loads of polystyrene blobs in huge boxes!) and then this. I got straight onto CS and they are going to contact me in 72 hours and see if they can send me a replacement for the damaged ones (all the same size) - I'm not holding out much hope. I also ordered 10 souffle pens which were purely put in a jiffy bag, all loose at £3.95 P&P. I wonder if they have new packers who can't be bothered? :33: Oh...and (I'm still ranting!) The box that had the cards in is also damaged, so I wonder how I'm ever going to send them back. CS haven't called yet and it's been 60 hours....

I received my parcel quite quickly yesterday. I just wish that the Royal Mail delivery man with a van hadn't been so rude. I have been stuck at home all week looking after my poorly husband. I am afraid the delivery man's rudeness reduced me to tears.:17: I have had many parcels delivered in the past and generally the postman/woman has been polite but he was just awful....:11:

Tweez - you should also come and join crafttelly.com - the sister site of this one, we have been talking recently about QVC sending DCWV stacks out in jiffy bags and them arriving dog eared! Also sounds like you are a serious crafter you will be in good company.
 
Thanks Loveheart for your concern - I have made a complaint to Royal Mail. Don't know if I will receive a response but it made me feel a bit better! Just hope he doesn't deliver too often in our area!

One of my relatives got an almighty tongue lashing from a Royal Mail delivery man with a van. I got a response from Royal Mail, in which they stated the pr*ck, had been given an official warning, and they advised me, if anything similar was to happen again, more serious action would be taken.:28:
 
I've had a bit of a spending spree lately with QVC, and I've also noticed that delivery time has improved a lot. 4 working days seems to be about average now.
 
I got an email two weeks ago telling me that my GTech sweeper had been despatched. I'm still waiting.
