Just a warning to any of you that may have the Ojon '4 Piece Restore and Prevent' Collection that was a TSV you could get on auto-delivery last November (the one with the restorative spray). Well, I've just checked my account as I knew the next delivery was due. It was shipped today and they have charged me full price for it :12: I 'phoned Customer Services and they are looking in to it.

Me too

Hi,
Thanks for the warning - it has happened to me too. I 'phoned CS and explained the problem and said I knew of another person this had happened too as well. She is reporting it to the finance dept. and a refund will be organised. I requested a phonecall, when it has been investigated, but we shall see...

Thanks for pointing this out - I have emailed them to see what they say as mine is still "in process"

Thanks so much for that - I've just got an e-mail telliong me it's been shipped out and I did think the price was wrong ! I'll give them a call as well, it might get them to sort it sharpish the more calls they get !

Well, the saga continues... I got a 'phone call today to say that I would be receiving a refund "any day now". Why 'phone if it's not been done already? Anyway, I then asked how much the refund would be and was told £6.84, when I think it should be £7.72. The original two deliveries totalled £39.11 (inc p&p) whereas the latest order, which I received today, totals £46.83. I know it's less than a pounds difference, but it's the principle of the thing. Anyway, the Customer Services woman is now passing this on to someone in Finance. This has really put me off the whole auto-delivery option :2:

Same here

Hi,
My invoice had the same total: £46.83, but the lesser amount of £45.94 was actually charged to my credit card - guy from CS couldn't tell me why. If you check your c/c statement, you will probably find the same thing has happened to you - total incompetence! The difference between £45.94 and £39.11 is in fact £6.83, so you may make 1p on the deal! What a mess - someone should be held accountable for this, but I don't suppose they will be!

should you not get compensated for your time in having to sort someone elses mess out, as well as the inconvinience, and the phonecalls???

Have you all now seen this Thread?

QVC customers who have used the "convenient" auto delivery system to order a recent Todays Special Value have been charged full price.

QVC customers who ordered the Ojon '4 Piece Restore and Prevent' Collection should contact Customer Services immediately to request a refund of the overcharged amount.

ShoppingTelly.com members only discovered the error when they received bank and credit card statements. One QVC customer who complained yesterday was telephoned today and told by QVC customer services that they could expect their refund "any day now".

Not likely!

Hi,
In an ideal world (no pun intended), probably. In the real QVC world, probably not. At least the phone number is a free call. I did get an apology from the CS guy, but he had no idea how the errors could have occurred. It would be a very good damage limitation exercise for QVC to process the refunds a.s.a.p.- they already look incompetent - a delay in refunding the money taken erroneously could look like profiteering. They should also take the necessary steps to see that it cannot happen again.

Contact from CS

Hi,
I had a call from CS this afternoon, telling me my refund had been actionned. I shall watch my c/c account and see when it arrives there.

Hi Plint!

My credit card statement won't come for another week or so and so I've no idea what they've taken yet! Incompetence - I'll say!
