There are loads of negative reviews on QVC, the score is 2.2 out of 5.
I've only used mine once so far, to scan an article from a newspaper, and it worked perfectly, even though the paper moved a couple of times.
The only problem is that the scan button is exactly where you put your hand every time you want to use the mouse just as a mouse. Accidentally touching this brings up the scan software, then it needs lots of clicking to close it down again, AND YOU HAVEN'T GOT A MOUSE TO CLICK WITH as it is now a scanner!!!! Luckily I have a touch screen PC.
