Trouble submitting 'posts'

Hi I need some help as I am obviously doing something wrong :sad:

I log in and when I try and add a post to a topic I get a message to say I need to refresh (even tho I have the 'Welcome' message and haven't dawdled at all !)

Hoping this will go through as a new thread...... but why can't I add one??

What browser are you using, Opera by any chance? Try Firefox if you have access to it &/or try clearing cookies/cache & rebooting browser!
