Timed Games

Just noticed on the TV Schedule on the website that Gems are adopting the TJC Timed Game!

They're having 18K Days at the Weekend on Gems 2 and it says:-
18K Day
An all day special featuring gemstones set into 18K gold. To fit as many games in as possible they will be timed. The game is up when either the quantity or timer hits zero, which ever comes first.

Seems to be the done thing now. What do you think folks?

sounds intresting as the 18k ones sometimes do take a while to sell

Sounds to me like a ploy to avoid crashing too low. As they don't seem to pull items these days it acts as safety net for them. Also, it does get a bit dull when they spend ages trying to flog a 4ct Paraiba on a sunny saturday afternoon.

I love the 18k specials but daren't watch in case I'm tempted.
