Oooh, Hotel Chocolat!! I love their stuff. We ordered a load for Christmas last year and they promised delivery for Christmas. It didnt arrive in time so I emailed them to cancel the order and they said as they had despatched it we could keep it and have a refund as well, so that was £80 of chocolate for nothing.
