1) Make it FUNN!!!! Like Bid-Up.tv used to be do not make it too serious find a range of presenters who have the ability to appeal to a broad range.
2) Make it affordable to people - no hidden p&p, no silly guide prices....
3) Don't make statements that are not true be honest at all times.
4) Listen to your buyers and viewers - they are the ones who know and will stick by you if you treat them right.
5) Get some decent products not items that the Pound Shop wouldn't even look at.
6) Don't forget us Virgin viewers we pay our subscription just like Sky Viewers.
7) Embrace new technology, Mobiles, Tablets etc.
8) Be Different and unique.
9) Remember not everyone tuning in is wanting to buy the channel needs to entertain as well as sell there is market for that, if you need to have commercials to keep the prices down and the profit coming it.
