Not seen her! I remember the slightly horsey woman that used to sell vacuum cleaners. Haven't seem her for a while. And also Jilly Jones, who looks much better without the red hair. I used to think that she looked like a witch / transexual, but as I have watched her I realised she comes across as a really nice lady.
