Hi, new to the forum but had to post a reply. I no longer can make myself purchase from Ideal World after purchasing a beauty product bundle at a very good price and waiting... and waiting ... eventually I called the customer service to be told that the item was no longer available but they would put the credit onto my Ideal World account! I told them I would never shop with them again and therefore I wanted the cash put back into my account. So frustrating
