If QVC ever sells teapots and one of us forumites sends one back with a teabag inside it, the person who receives it will think Q is being generous and sending them a free sample to start them off.

All the presenter needs to say on air is "as long as you don't return more than 50% of what you buy in a 12 month period then you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You can use the product during that time provided the use is reasonable for the product concerned." this would warn off the compulsive impulse purchasers and also cover, say a supersize hand wash or shower gel for "family" use, and the 30 ml elemis cream that only one person would use. It is not rocket science, common blinkin' sense, really.

Lol, yes smear it on those dry legs ladies, use it as your cleanser, you face cream, on your lips, unruly eyebrows, to kill spots, on your hands, nails, to shave with, on you man for him to shave with, on your cat and dog, next door's cat and dog, the budgie from number 25, to clean your oven - its a fair miracle product.
