I had a similar one years ago but it didn't have the dropped shoulder. I wore it and wore it and then passed it on to my sister who wore it for a good few years. I don't want to wear something like this again. Been there, done that. At least, mine had some substance. Ruth's is very thin. You can see through the white one.

My late Auntie Edie, who used to knit such things years ago, would be turning in her grave.

Chloe was trying to say it was flying out/selling fast/be quick. It is selling better than this morning, the blue is on waitlist and the 3XL in most colours. It looks big, Chloe said she's usually a medium but was in the XS. If folks don't check their measurements properly there will be a lot of returns - assuming the measurements on the website are actually correct!

I did like some blue trainers of Ruth's but at £112 a pair I had to pass.

I don’t think I’ve seen anything so dreadful from this range. It’s badly made and I suspect it’ll pill and go out of shape after the first wash. Truly frumpy. I was never a lover of tank tops when they were deemed trendy decades ago. If I want a sleeveless garment these days I wear a gilet or a hand knitted waistcoat. The last waistcoat I knitted cost me £8 and it fits and washes up lovely.

RLs Looks more like the tat they sell cheaper on Ideal World.

I noted a little bit of tension between her and Ruth did a minute ago. I just reached over and caught her saying about something about a joke that Ruth was not laughing at. And Jackie cabler round and said she obviously hasn’t got a sense of humour… oh not impressed with that was she?😂

Sorry I spoke that into the phone 😂 joke not laughed at by Ruth .. Jackie not impressed and pointed saying “she obviously hasn’t got a sense of humour “ ouch ! She was not happy truth to be told

I often wonder if she and Ruth are friends outside of QVC. I see too Ruth is still wearing her wedding and engagement ring, is this the norm. I often wonder if she will keep her Rolex after the divorce. Hmmmmm!

Good heavens above, if you want a 1970's tank top, go to a vintage store and buy yourself one, or look online for a 70's style one. Nobody needs Ruth Langsford's "modern day twist" on it because it ends up looking like this = a cheap acrylic baggy V neck jumper with the arms lopped off. I really don't quite see what "look" she's trying to achieve 'cause to me it just looks scruffy and a bit weird. It's far too expensive as well. It brought back a funny memory though. I was browsing the local market some years ago and the stall holder had written LOOK cheap but had forgotten to put an comma or a space after the word look or an exclamation mark after the word cheap. At least the stuff was actually cheap eh?!
