Record refund - well done QVC.

I sent an item back (panasonic camera) by RM Special delivery to QVC returns departmen on Monday.
It was confirmed that it had been returned on the QVC website on Tuesday and i received e.mail last
night (Wednesday) to say postage refund and refund for camera would be paid back to my debit/credit card.

This must be a World record for QVC, as it usually takes them 2-3 weeks from my experience.

Any way well done QVC.

Yes they are quick enough to take it but rather slow on sending it back..that must be a record Simon.

I've noticed that too Pinkpussycat - I always have virtually instant refunds when I use Special Delivery. When I use normal Royal Mail it can be weeks. I imagine with Special Delivery they can't claim the item has taken ages to get to them when in fact it's actually been sitting around in their warehouse :wonder:

Just e.mailed them a copy of the receipt for Special Delivery and they have refunded that also.

It was faulty, infact it had 2 faults.
