Do know if it's of any help to you trying a BE concealer brush to apply some B&B in required area's.

:flower:

thanks Bags, I have tried a mac concealer brush and it does work but I just dont feel confident with it on alone at the moment. I'm thinking of trying micro dermabrasion on my face to try and remove the damaged layers but currently have a leaking combi boiler to replace! lol

Oh no a leaky combi that's all you need, new ones don't come cheap do they.
Having one fitted this year we wouldn't now go back to a boiler with a imersion switch.
All the best Bags

Have you tried rosehip oil on the scarred skin? It's really helped me. I know how you feel though with the scarring. It's so difficult but honestly other people don't think it's anywhere near as bad as you do.

Another more affordable option if your skin is more settled now is Alpha H Liquid Gold. Lots of good reports for that helping with acne scarring.

I have had proper micro dermabrasion and even 18 months after my skin has completely settled down I do still have slightly red scarring but it's so much better than it was and LG does cover it perfectly well.

Hope you get the boiler fixed soonest. And the scarring buggers off to.

Thanks Tinks and Bags, I think your right about other folk not bothering about it, I dont worry too much just the occasional day or two when you think 'what the hell am I going to do with this face today!' lol.

Well hoping to do the boiler scrappage scheme thingy which should save us a bit but at the mo its just money out the door on one thing or another with the house! I'm looking forward to not having to listen to the drip drip at night thats for sure! xx
