I've four of those camping chairs, got them from ASDA years ago (must be close to 10 years) when they were only £5, rather sit in one of them than one of those cheap plastic stool things.

Says it's for men and women, Richard Mears says, 26% of buyers here are men.
I can only assume Mears is a little confused, just because men are buying the product doesn't mean that the product is being used by those men, maybe the men have the account at IW are buying for their partners as present or on their behalf. Okay there will be the odd exception, similar types to IW's very own Adonis, Janice "look at my body" Morgan, but i'm pretty certain 26% of men aren't using lip plumping treatment or i'm i missing something here, am i living in a different planet?

Well done, Ant, congratulations on all that weight lost. Walking is excellent exercise and you've certainly proved that - a really healthy way to lose the pounds.I can't see how that belt'd work in one hour. I started a new job on the 20th Jan this year, and coz of the location, inclusive of the 20th, to 2 March, I went from 15.5st. to 14st. (And counting, hopefully). That's lighter than when I was in my last job. I calculated I must walk around 25 - 30 miles a week, excluding weekends. Why did I tell you this? Well, it's proof you don't need gadgets or whatever to loose weight. Nor even 'proper' exercise

Thanks. It also helps, I suppose, that there's a lot of hills on the walk: both up and down, so 'extra' exercise. And yes, for those that don't have the mentality, or ability to do 'proper' exercise, walking is perfect.

I get inflammation in my joints, often in my feet. Losing a few pounds has reduced this and I've been able to walk more. Even a small amount can make a difference.
Fingers crossed, touch wood and all that superstitious stuff, my joints are ok, but I have noticed I can walk easier and with less 'puff' since the weight has lessened. To sound like an advert for a supermarket, if that's still their phrase. Every little helps.

Another must have, not. A musical Bluetooth boxing machine. Whoopi doo, he of the bird nest beard showing how it fixes to the wall and now punching it. It’s getting worse if that’s at all possible.
