Hmmn very close to my suggestionsI would have given them some suggestions on how to improve.
1. Employ staff who don't mislead customers. Get rid of ones who can't speak coherently and scruffs who sing during presentations.
2. Do proper like for like price comparisons.
3. Don't sell Poundland quality tat and charge £30 for it. And then suggest they're doing us a huge favour by selling it to us at that price.
They can have that advice for free.
