Everything about Ideal World is fake in style. Facts is a dirty word it seems. All about ‘theatre’. Solid information on screen about numbers remaining would kill the likes of Mason’s, Morgan’s and Simon’s routines stone dead. You wonder if TJC will kill it in the end - keeping the channel numbers alone. Or just run it a just about break even folly longer-term.

Ideal world and TJC will say anything for a sale. Selling stuff you find in cheap high street shops for 3 times more.
Had a phone call from IW recently asking how they could make my shopping experience better.

Ideal world and TJC will say anything for a sale. Selling stuff you find in cheap high street shops for 3 times more.
Had a phone call from IW recently asking how they could make my shopping experience better.
I dont think they can.

I would have given them some suggestions on how to improve.

1. Employ staff who don't mislead customers. Get rid of ones who can't speak coherently and scruffs who sing during presentations.
2. Do proper like for like price comparisons.
3. Don't sell Poundland quality tat and charge £30 for it. And then suggest they're doing us a huge favour by selling it to us at that price.

They can have that advice for free.
