Bit of advice If you feel low, don’t bother going to see a Mental Health Nurse.

Went to my appointment. Got seen by some young thing, who said as you find it hard opening up, I’m not sure what we can do, Didn’t even give me any Meds if anything I feel worse than before

Just requested a GP Appointment. I told them on the online system she was no help, I felt so low I rang 999 while out, but when they said they didn’t know how long a ambulance would be I told them to stand it down

There used to be a fad for fish pedicures, the fish would nibble at your hard skin (I'm genuinely not making this up!). Unfortunately the fish often carried harmful bacteria so there's major health and safety concerns. They have been banned in 10 US states and some other countries. And you can imagine that the water is probably not changed after each use in dodgy salons

And if Mike of the Masons had one of these treatments there would be cruelty to fish issues

I always thought this was disgusting.
