Even if they didn't want the expense of bringing Mark in, they could have set up a microwave and given Mike some items to demonstrate, even he could put some bacon on or a steak, just to show it been used.

The man thinks he can sell a TV with no picture, a phone with no connection, and a microwave pan with nothing in it. Why not show the YouTube tutorial if you are too tight to get a cook or Mark to come in to demonstrate it.

If he's not allowed then surely Mark "pretendy chef" ain't either, he's not a qualified chef, nor i bet has he been on any food safety, food handling courses etc.

Thinking about it, Joanne might be a trained chef. Sure i've heard her mention been qualified in hospitality and catering. Not sure about Simona though.
