Funnily enough (I know OFCOM don't deal with shopping channels) but having to deal with it in a previous role, under OFCOM, what he said would be acceptable as there are only a handful of words that are not allowed pre-watershed. EG Jesus Christ, crap, arse, bugger are acceptable but not when children are expected to be watching (as in not on Blue Peter or Peppa Pig) even more moderate words like ****, bollocks and bullshit (to name a few) are fine

I find the GREEN led light at the front a very strange choice of colour....it doesnt show anything apart from a random green strip for no reason I know of, why isnt it just a normal white or light blue tint coloured?
