Opatra....Is that RRP price correct? £19999.99? But IW mk3 selling it for £1699.99? 🤔
Yes, Opatra do sell the Pro Lite tunnel for £20k, on their Opatra London website, also in Harrods on their 5th floor tech department. Because Opatra don't do advertising, so they have a deal with TJC/IW, to basically do it for them, thus saving Opatra thousands in adverts and meaning that they can do the Pro Lite and all their devices, at such discounted prices on TJC/IW, same for the American brand devices, Lunamour, who want a share of the UK market. Before U ask, no I don't work for either Opatra or TJC/IW..........and Natalia's lips were that size before she ever started on TJC/IW or started using Opatra, her forehead hasn't moved in the 2years that she has been working on TJC/IW either!! Hope that helps!!!

Happy Boxing Day

Weird Day yesterday I live in a small village just north of Bristol, and other local areas, had no water

It went down about 10am it wasn’t reconnected until 2am, it got to a point that at about 8pm, we were all told to go to nearest supermarket car parks, where the council had placed water

Crikey, not ideal — makes for a memorable xmas, if nothing else!

About 10/11 years ago down something similar happened where I live. We were blanketed with snow and freezing temperatures right on xmas and it caused pipes to freeze and burst. No tap water, people couldn't flush their toilets, etc. It was a nightmare but, like folks do, everyone was in street having a laugh about it all, pulling together, elderly/disabled neighbours checked on/helped — though most of the old dears in the street were more concerned about not being able to have a cup of tea than flushing their toilet!

Water bottles were delivered, some weird contraption set up in the middle of the street, and everything was resolved by the next day.

Despite not being the plot of a glossy xmas movie, looking back on it I still feel there a real "Christmas spirit" to it all.

Our road anyway all doors were knocked on. and any bottled water anybody had was shared, most seemed more worried about water for there gravy than the toilet lol

Mixed reviews re red light therapy if you read some of the findings from clinical trials.
The NHS have been using red and blue light therapy, since the early 1990's. Blue light is used in operating theatres for its cleansing, antibacterial qualities, and most physiotherapists use red light for muscle healing, stress fractures. We used it on rehabilitation units, when I was a Nurse on patients who had amputations as red/ blue light therapy helps with wound healing, and management of scarring and knitting back muscles and building Elastin and collagen in the skin and making it stronger. We also use red light, blue light and green light on skin affected by psoriasis or eczema. NASA did use it to help their astronauts stop the muscle loss caused by the lack of gravity in space, as well as trialling it to grow plants, without sunlight as red light allows plants to photosynthesise. News from The Space Station a few months ago, saw them actually grew tomatoes using red and blue light in space.

It's Natalia again with the Hannibal Lecter mask. Who is buying this stuff, and does it really make any difference? I look my age, and it doesn't bother me. I couldn't justify spending such amounts, pure vanity IMHO.
Not necessarily vanity, I can speak from experience of using red, green and blue light to stop Eczema on my face and keeping it at bay, also for pain relief due to Fibromyalgia. They are researching using it with patients who have had strokes to get paralysed facial muscles working again. I have seen burns victims get rid of their facial and body scarring. The use of Red light therapy, in depression and anxiety is showing positive results. That isn't vanity, that is helping people. Trouble is the beauty industry have grabbed hold of the therapy, and are making money out of it, taking It out of the hands of ordinary people.

Would it help with Diabetes like was mentioned this morning

No, I would say not, I can't see how it would be capable of that at all, as it can't reduce blood sugar levels, it might help with the nerve pain in the hands and feet that can occur with the condition. In fact I would be pushing a Diabetic, anyone with Heart or Thyroid issues, or Epilepsy and Cancer to discuss with their specialist. I wouldn't advocate using it on their shows. With the best will in the world the presenters are not medically trained, even though some think they that they are.

I'm Diabetic & did think it was a bold statement to make

I must admit I’ve been ignorant to those machines

I have watched, and thought surely some Multi Coloured LCD Strip Lights can’t do anything
No no no!!! LCD strip lights are a completely different technology, they are more a kin to UV. The light therapy here uses LED lights, (which do not use the damaging UV light spectrum), at a medically specific intensity, so the skin is not harmed, which is highly regulated.

Natalia, in particular, is on a crusade to rid the world of fat and excess weight, and has jumped on this idea that red light therapy can help U loose weight, which is ridiculous, because it can't. It can help tone the skin and help with skin issues. So the link between weight loss, Diabetes and Red Light is spurious, to say the least. I switch off when I hear her going into her diatribe on weight and fattness etc.

She must get up very early to use all the machines she apparently has

😂😂😂 She means well, and wants to help everyone. Thing is U only need to use these devices a couple of times a week, but she makes it sound like she is permanently connected to a device. This is her job, nothing more. She is paid to rattle off this information, at the end of the day. I think a lot of people end up in a state of confusion, thinking that U need to buy every device, which isn't necessary. The bosses at TJC and IW think their customers are sitting ducks and ripe for any old spiel. They really do under estimate their audience, on both channels. More fool them, TJC/IW, not their customers.

How much of all that stuff do IW make reference to ...

No. An old pet shop turned into a guitar buying one. I went in there with my guitar and tried to compare it with one in the shop costing £6000. They told me they still wouldn’t pay any more as it was not a direct comparison.

£148 - Not a Direct Comparison for a coat they are selling for £30. What are they on in that gallery. VP Sherry?
I think I’ve seen them selling on eBay (the guitar schop in Ashton). They seem to do a thorough inspection of what they sell. Did they give a fair price, all things considered?

Years and years ago, I went with my my dad to buy my first ‘proper’ bike from Ashton. I think the street was called Stamford Street, or Stamford Road.
God I loved that bike - a ten speed Viking racer that I’d saved my paper round money all year to buy. I gave it to my hard-drinking uncle to help him get to work a few years later after he’d fallen off his motorbike once too often. Somewhat the worse for wear, he rode it into some roadworks, around midnight, and was found an hour or so later by the Police, softly singing to himself at the bottom of the hole, surrounded by the bits of my bike, wearing the chain and gears as a kind of necklace and pendant!

Hope everyone has had a great Christmas and looking forward to New Year!

Really knowledgeable and helpful feedback.
