Hammy will know about this brand Schild. Web searches doesn’t return much positive so far. £1999.00 - their most expensive item yet? Or is £19.99.00?

Another range of watches Owned and made by Solar Time, Hong Kong (same as Earnshaw, Nubeo, Cadola, etc). Just a ressurected defunt Swiss brand name with no connection to the old brand.

Aragon watches have the same center Tourbillon style watch (same Movement, Chinese automatic tourbillon HZ3JZ0E), they've a sale on at the moment they under a $1000, so even with import costs you'd still save hundreds.

ps

Strangely they must employ the same graphics folks as IW as they can't spell tourbillon either.

Why she mention Schild is like the Tudor brand, they're nothing alike.

Schild went out of business, gone dead, Chinese have resurrected the name.

Tudor never went out of business, they'be been going since 1926 and are still the sister brand of Rolex.

And why does she keep mention Swiss hand made tourbillons being sold for million as a comparison.

Oh and Rolex don't have a tourbillon maybe too technical for them to make :ROFLMAO:, so what, most Swiss and non Swiss brands don't do tourbillons, why, well while a tourbillon may be a piece of horology wonder in the days of pocket watches, in practical terms it's a waste of time in modern day wrist watches apart from showing off/look.
As for questioning if Rolex not being able to do a tourbillon, just remember Schild don't make movemnts or anything, they only assemble watch parts they buy from the manufacturers, Rolex on the otherhand are a manufacturer, they make their watches, every single part, they have at least 5 massive facilities across Switzerland making all the various parts, including their own movements, for their watches.

As we know, they deploy these deceptive techniques to 'plant the seed' in the viewers mind. A bit like a salesperson selling a £30k Ford car and saying 'the leather used on this steering wheel comes from a similar manufacturing technique as the leather used on £250k Ferrari's.'

Boom, they've planted the seed by making a connection from Ford to Ferrari.

Duplicitous, devious and trust me, they KNOW what they are doing. Which is why all the family friendship fun bullsh1t is exactly that, bullsh1t.

I genuinely feel sorry for the viewers that fall for it.

And on the watches front, a LOT do - Ideal World was selling so many watches during lockdown there was an article in the Financial Times about it. And if you look at the TJC-IW revival Facebook page there's almost always a bloke commenting about wanting more watches.
