I flicked onto their 'catwalk' show last night & Ms Chuntley was standing with one of her feet out of a shoe & looked as though she was hanging onto the clothes rail. Was she crippled in those shoes which were flashed at the bottom of the screen 'Catherine is (not) wearing---'?

Is it my telly or has Chuntley gained a wee bit of weight?

I thought so earlier in the week I could have sworn I saw a muffin top (god forbid)but it is quite noticeable in the 9pm show,

Now before anyone lights on me, she is still very slim but definitely not as stick thin as she was earlier this year. Don't matter what her weight is still can't stand the simpering bimbo.

I noticed that too, the double chin is definitely making a come back. She could be a size 6-26 that doesn't affect my thoughts on the simpering bimbo either, it's a shame that all she can go on about is the 30 day money back guarantee and what such "great value!!!!!!" you're getting, you're not but she'll simper it never the less. Last night I hopped on to hear her mention her good friend Stephen of Yankee Candle fame and his partner John, and how she can get a Molton Brown set and spilt it between them, but then oh no! she couldn't possibly, because they've been so good to her, they'll have to have a £60 set each. She was just in the throws of contradicting herself, then after barely a minute, over the channel goes.

I thought she looked like she had put weight on too. It is so hard to keep weight off - I lose it and then start to chomp on things I shouldn't and back on it goes. I am thinking about trying to cut back again - but I can see a chocolate rabbit on the unit by my computer which has my name on it - I can see the rabbit winning.

The problem with CHuntley is that when she's losing weight, she never shuts up about it and lives for the compliments from the Q faithful.
Then she starts putting it on again and nothing gets mentioned, until she goes back on the diet, and it all starts up again.
It's been going on for years and it never changes.

Sadly, I think you are right. It is a pattern with her. Other presenters may lose weight without a song and dance - Ali Young, for example, when she changed her diet. I know she got involved with that product Christine Hamilton was flogging, but we didn't get a running commentary. Probably because AY has better things to do than obsess about her relationship with the camera!

Most probably there is a diet on the horizon, as lately we have been informed when she has consumed more than a stick of carrot.

Hopefully, it won't be the one when she logged her weekly weight loss/gain from a Q broom cupboard under what looked like torch-light!!

Yes Chuntley does live for compliments, shame she's not comfortable in her own skin that she needs constant praise. I hope she doesn't go on the Fibby Flint "When The Fat Lady Slims" edition 4.8 I think it's on now :mysmilie_17: book, it didn't work for Fibby, even with all that running to the bank, and isn't it funny how they're never heard of again once every single last penny is squeezed from these "diet" books.

Catherine's chin could be getting chubby with the weight of that bathroom rug attached to her head. I'm being flippant...because her face and hair are attractive enough without the fake extensions.

What gets me is that Q don't actually sell any of the nice enough items in the ads.

In reality it is things like the upcoming 5 torches or equally tatty Ann Dorrington type stuff.

well talk about torches allthingsitalian its a dreary up coming tsv...just for you :mysmilie_12:

I find her 'coy maiden' act beyond irritating so I had to look at the recording of the catwalk show & she has most definitely put on weight. The Ruth L dress didn't do her any favours & she did stroke her hips & say all the usual lumps & bumps rubbish. Whenever I see her I hear Grandsanta from Arthur Christmas saying "They used to say that it was impossible to teach women to read!"

Perhaps she will be able to showcase the slimming benefits of the shapewear they tout on QVC
