I was watching the under 20 pounds hour this evening. Honestly nothing looks as if they are worth 10 quid, let alone 20 pound. if someone paid more than that for this tat outside of this so-called sale, I am deeply sorry for them

I agree. Watching Angeline's 2 for 1 hour. It's quite painful. Slow, inane chatter, rubbish about system errors, "how to get involved" 3 times in 35 minutes.

Couple of chains, chinese pearls in midas, agate bracelet. Looking at TJC prices, the silver 16" chain looked good value on a 2 for 1. The rest - so far - is nonsense.

Gemporia have always been quite well priced on silver chains in my opinion - but their gold chains are an absolute rip off.

You can get comparable gold chain designs from Cooksongold but with double the gold weight for less than Gemporia charge.

I haven't seen a good carving on there yet. Most of them are hideous.

I've bought several sterling silver chains from TJC in past years, and have to say that they've all been OK. I never paid more than £10-£11 per chain (usually bought in their sales), and what I liked about their chains was that they did them in the longer lengths, 20 inches and 22 inches, as well as 16" and 18" which are more usual lengths. I haven't needed to buy any for at least five years now though, so whether they're the same quality/lengths/silver weights as they used to offer, I couldn't say.
