Got the launch on in the background; Chloe couldn't get her fingers any further into the pot! How did she get a job as a presenter on a shopping channel? The opinions of the presenter has no influence on me whatsoever but, imo, Chloe has no credibility or ability to demonstrate a product from any product area. Last night whilst 'presenting' - loosely used term - the monster earphones, she said to the guest "you know about these earphones" - doh! - "I hope so", he replied. She then mentioned that Monster created Beats and, obviously not wanting to dwell on that, the guest said that the relationship had come to an end. She evidently didn't click that mentioning Dr Dre and Beats wasn't very tactful, because she made yet another reference to it!
Get your brain in gear, girl!

a lot of the tsv's are showing better prices instead of the miserable £4 saving you get. i am being optimistic when i say i hope its not a sales ploy but hey!

Just watched a couple of minutes......the pots look enormous!!!

But mostly 4oz.

They must have replaced Joanies fuzzy lens with a magnifying one!!

Certainly looks as if you get alot for the money on this TSV.
I have never tried Prai - what do we think of it?

I haven't tried it either but imo if it was a best seller we would not be getting nearly £30 off. I can't listen to the Prai guest, her attempt at being posh puts me off.lol

I got the last TSV and it is nice, the reviews for the throat cream are hit or miss people seem to love or hate it. It is a good TSV for value for money if you want to try Prai.

I get great results with the Prai throat cream (tried many but this is excellent on my side-sleeper-chest-lines). I've used it on my face (am I the only person who tries face/eye/neck creams elsewhere?) and it works for me so I'm very tempted to go for the TSV as it has a face cream based on the original ageless throat cream. I've just cancelled my Judith Williams Rose TSV auto delivery even though I love the rose moisturiser I'll never get through all the auto delivery drops and I can always pick up a spare from ebay.

I completely understand the resistance to try this brand, I used to watch it on Ideal World and scoff but I'm so glad I caved and tried it. It meets many of my criteria for skin care: it isn't overly scented, just a clean fresh scent or no scent in the products I've tried. It isn't too rich and greasy which my skin doesn't need and my skin seems to respond well to the products and many brands don't do a darn thing for me.

Her accent passes me by because she sounds just like my sister who's lived in Canada and the States since the 70s so I'd say try to ignore it and maybe give it a whirl.

The products I use are pure prai, ageless neck, any eye product as they all seem to suit me and I can't even remember what each one is intended to do! I also like the Platinum range including the body cream and also love the hand cream. So these are my mainstay products atm, alongside AH Liquid Gold and the Elemis pro-intense serum bought cheaply from ebay. The last TSV is still available and the balm and moisture infusion which are very comforting products, and on easy pay if the current TSV doesn't appeal http://www.qvcuk.com/PRAI-5-Piece-P...c=204443-SRCH&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION-_-4-_-204443 Also this is a very good price for 100ml of the platinum face cream (at just under £35 delivered) http://www.qvcuk.com/PRAI-Platinum-...=205856-SRCH&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION-_-51-_-205856.

BUT

I'll still try other brands because I'm fickle!

Anyone else notice the lines on Cordelia's face, under her eyes roughly where dark circles happen? These are unusual lines, are they the "bunny whiskers" effect that sometimes happen with bertie botox?

Thanks for that Akimbo. Interesting about the Platinum range - did you see the presentation for the serum and cream?http://www.qvcuk.com/PRAI-Supersize-Platinum-Serum-%26-Moisturiser.product.204324.html?sc=[Ljava.lang.String%3b%40d0a0d0a
She said the serum has exactly the same ingredients as a famous serum which is sold for £430! Wow. I wonder which one she means? Funnily enough I have just cancelled my JW auto delivery - like you I am fickle and like to try other things too!

Yes, poor Cordelia has some serious issues under the eyes hasnt she, I didnt know that could happen from using botox though - good advert for not having it if you ask me!

She's mentioned it before and I think it's a La Prairie cream, she usually has a pair of ingredient lists to compare them. Not that I'd ever afford a 400 quid face cream but I find the textures suit my skin. This is where QVC's mbg comes into it's own; although I have returned a few skincare and make up items to Boots over the years if it's disagreed with me or is generally just an awful product! I think it's always worth trying to return skincare if you've tested it and it isn't right for you; QVC perpetuate the myth that no one else will refund for cosmetics. In fact my daughter has grown up with the Q mbg and returned a foundation to the Clinique counter because they'd recommended it but when she looked online it was for dry age-concerned skin and she's only 17 with normal-occasional-zit type skin! She's her mother's daughter!
