I've just managed to grab a set, someone must have cancelled, and now they are sold out again.

I rang CS as I was concerned that I had ordered the NON-TSV set of 20, which are exactly the same price and PP, but they assured me I had the right ones, and was lucky to click just as someone else cancelled.

They were selling the 20 set in the video "for those that had missed out on the TSV" but I didn't want those but really wanted the TSV selection.

I missed it earlier because I have had the drain men here again all day, so have been out in the garden with them. Some of you will know what I'm talking about lol.

The presenters said many times that the hooks will hold 4Kg so all they have to do is weigh their picture.

Well that’s good because now you’ve got plenty of hooks on which to hang all those torches.

They are not even shown on the website now, so if you look at the midnight show it's as if they never existed.

IMO it would be much better if they showed the item, then said it was out of stock.

BTW yet ANOTHER AO, so over 3 weeks before they even start to think about sending them.

I wonder if Q are having cash-flow problems?

I have some hanging on cupboard door handles already.

I can find the nearest torch in a power cut even if it's pitch dark (I don't even have any street lamps anywhere near my house).

I’ve been wondering how their 60 day money back guarantee had affected cash flow since they increased from 30 days last year. Now they have the extension to 31 Jan 2022 for gifts. I’m assuming that these 2 factors are adversely impacting their balance sheets, as they will have to account for possible future refunds over a longer period.

During the search for the problem, have lost 2 mature conifers, a mature Acer, about 15ft dry stone wall, 18ft fencing, and mess everywhere.

Found the blockage after about 3 months, a totally blocked pipe because it was squashed flat!

Had to dig over 3 metres deep (10ft). Had to get a bigger digger to go that deep.

Hooks now AVAILABLE AGAIN but price is now £27.

Looks like sharp practice to me.

Sell them as a TSV for £20, realise they're selling fast, so say that they are sold out. Then the very next day they are mysteriously back but cost £7 more. And it is the same shipping date too!
