Positives about QVC presenters

[Calvin]

Pipa- stylish, vivacious

Claire- winning smile, great hair

Catherine- great figure

Simon- eye candy

Dale- self-effacing, glad to be grey!

Julia- the total professional

Kathy- your best friend

Anne- lovely Scottish accent

Ali K- an example of overcoming advesity

Ali Y- doesn't take herself too seriously

Julian- a sweetie

Debbie F-great hair (and I'm a wee bit jel!!)

I am going to be completely honest, I've been with QVC from day one and Julia is my all time favourite presenter, I like her style of presenting, always have. I also like Ali Young, expert in her field plus she has a great sense of humour. Julian is another favourite of mine. I guess Im just Old School Q lol

The only one I have any 'positives' about is Loen Love, and she's on IW !!!!!! qvc could do with her, it would bring a few of 'em down a peg or two !!

Carmel- Having a baby which means maternity leave :grin:
Jill Franks- Umm She goes to America alot and if i wanted to buy her a top it would be cheaper coz it only has one arm :clapping:

I agree, and in fact, she is the only woman presenter whose name I actually know. It does sound like the name of a porn-movie star though.

I thought i would list the positive things about some of the QVC presenters so it wasnt always negative things said by myself :

Kathy = Seems very genuine and a real family person.
Julia = I enjoy watching her and seems pretty honest
Catherine= Has gd product knowledge
Pipa= One of my favourite presenters and is very funny and seems interested in the items she presents.
Dale= Has a gd sense of humour.
Alison Y= Really does know her stuff about beauty products and i like the fact she hasnt sold out and presents other shows.
Alison K= Again seems really genuine and after all shes been through cant say anything bad about her


Anyone else like to share there positive thoughts about the presenters ( yes i no its hard took me ages to:angel

Jilly H - I think shes very *normal*.Could see her on the school run,dashing round sainsburys.Looks the sort of person who you could talk to outside the school gates.love the way I don't actually know much about her/her family/house/kids....just cracks on with the job.I even like her hair!!!

Debbie G - again very *normal*.very witty.looks like she could be someones inoffensive SIL (not mine though,mines a witch :wonder: )

Pipa - love the fact shes almost too cool for QVC.lover her quirky style.Don't even mind all her yea,yea,yea's!!!

Dale - again very normal,quite witty

Julian B - very honest about himself,QVC and their products.wish he was on more often.

Craig - again quite normal.like the way he tries very hard and not embarrassed to wear a kipling bag etc..very warm and friendly person.nice easy listening voice.

Catherine H - feel shes very insecure but can't help but like her most of the time.Not my fave but easier to listen to than some.

Julia R - bit like Catherine H.

Would tell you how I feel about the others but its meant to be a positive thread :happy: Claire S and Ali K are on the borders of both.

They are positively an improvement on virtually all other shopping channel presenters.

Funny you should say that, I don't think much of Ideal World's presenters in general (the most boring one for me is the one that used to be on QVC - Dave something) but Loen is great and makes any programme watchable.

I said that and it was found to be unacceptable.

I then sincerely praise the OP's decision for being positive about something when they said hadn't been easy and that is disliked by people.

This place is getting better by the day.

Most of them are not creepy.
Some of them have got nice hair
Most of them do not speak to me as if I were a toddler.
Most of them don't repeat the chorus of Beatles songs
Most of them can find both sleeves to their tops.
All of them do not annoy all of the people all of the time.
