I thought he was lovely, missed most of the late show and the bit about his mum but what a lovely attitude to have, bless him.

Not so sure about the jewellery yet but I don't care, he could sell anything and I would still watch.

Well ladeeez, I have been well and truly pompoozled. I even dreamnt about him last night and believe you me, that is no mean feat. I have been trying for many years now to dream about Johnny Depp to no avail, but after an hour of watching Harald last night, he was tearing around my subconscious mind in a gold lame jacket with rings on his fingers and bells on his toes. :blush:

I think I am on my way to becoming princess, and I'm totally serious btw.

I saw a bit of the 10pm show. I thought he was a refreshing change from the many dull and over serious guests that are on QVC at the moment.

I watched the 10pm show fully prepared to absolutely hate him but actually loved him!! :clap: The man is as camp as a row of tents but soooooo funny cos he plays it full on to his audience. Did anyone else think he sounds just like an affected Boris Becker..... :tongue2: Can't say I was in love with his jewellery and I felt I'd seen it all before with B&W, but kept watching the show because of him, great entertainment. :cheer: But wtf was Julia wearing!!?? :YIKES: She looked like a purple barrage balloon. :13: PC:

imo he has great personality. too many people around who take themselves so seriously, they think they are so special. if only we thought the same. Herr Pompous is a breath of fresh air. loved him and liked some of his pieces too...not everybody's taste, but i wouldn't regard them worse than B&W or JK Lane.

At the beginning of the show, when Harald said "I don't look like the typical German" I was completely won over. He was so very utterly likeable and fun: truly a prince among men! And Julia, with her consumate skill, took us through the show beautifully: supportive of the range and the man, and really enjoying herself too (she is soooo good!). As for the Pompoos range: I particularly liked the black and silver enamelled bow brooch: I thought it was one of those items that would make anything it was pinned on, look great; I also liked the gold beads bracelet.

I actually thought that Julia looked really good. Certainly much better than at the later TSV launch, when the size medium (yes, that's right, medium) made her look quite stout.

I was talking about him to a friend of mine who has lived in Germany for 4 years now. Apparently his father was physically abusive to his mother, and she said that she remembers hearing from someone that his father actually killed his mother, although I want to stress that this is hearsay. But if that is true..... how awful.
I have to say that I warmed to him, he is very funny to watch

I loved how he got hands-on with the models. He would waltz over, and personally demonstrate the many ways how the designs could be worn.

I didn't like any of the jewellery, but I will own up to laughing out loud several times during his evening show with Julia ........ or maybe I'm just on the verge of madness.
