Only One Earring!

Received 674519 in the Monochrome option but there is only one earring in the little plastic bag!

Of course as they were in Last Clicks they are now out of stock

Whatever happened to quality control??? Such a disappointment when you think you're getting something you love and it all goes wrong.

I had that with a Smokey Quartz earrings hun, luckily mine were in stock but it was frustrating.

just a thought..it's not somewhere loose in the packaging is it? Most of the earrings I've had from QVC arrive with one in a little plastic bag and the other loose in the box, sometimes under the foam pad.
I'm not saying you haven't thoroughly checked already just worth a secone glance before you return it.
