One P&P again?

I watched bid and price drop for a while yesterday and today and for every single item the P&P was £7.99.
Did they go back to that permamently?

Guy was selling a water limescale remover with £5.99 P&P this morning but it does look like the majority of stuff is back upto £7.99! Rip off!

is there some kind of special delivery they use that forces them to charge so much or is it as i suspect to line their pockets which i have done this week never again!
