She knows her stuff, gives all the important info and still manages to look like we do, i.e., ordinary. That's why I believe her.

I couldn't agree more. A big plus is that I don't get the feeling she has been paid to come and flog a product she never uses or has seen before.

yes I agree with all of you,she is very informative and comes across well,she is very down toearth which I like and she does know the product well,pity they dont have more on like her

I think the problem is that many of QVC guests are just paid to sell the product and dont really know the product or the range.

But of course we can't forget the "Scholl man" who clearly new a lot about the product but looked very bored trying to sell it :sad:
