Mine, at last, has shipped. I would have thought that the early orders would have been shipped first, but maybe that is too logical. Anyway, let's hope I actually like it!

I don’t know if anyone else has ever thought this, but when I order a TSV or a pre launch they arrive so quickly that i think they go directly to Evri from the Supplier and miss the QVC warehouse completely.

Anna, I ordered mine at 9.05on on the evening launch. Mine has been despatched half an hour ago

Did you all order single item or auto delivery? Maybe that's the reason? Not great though.....

I just got the single, I bought a different set at the same time.

Unless it states direct despatch on website all items ship from Q warehouse.

I am expecting mine any minute. Evri were meant to deliver between 3 and 5 but are running late. I hate when that happens as I get the third- degree from hubby and when things turn up earlier he doesn't know anything about it as he is at work.
