Did you all order single item or auto delivery? Maybe that's the reason? Not great though.....

I just got the single, I bought a different set at the same time.
I ordered the auto delivery, so it can't be that either
Unless it states direct despatch on website all items ship from Q warehouse.

I am expecting mine any minute. Evri were meant to deliver between 3 and 5 but are running late. I hate when that happens as I get the third- degree from hubby and when things turn up earlier he doesn't know anything about it as he is at work.

Just goes to show how much notice I took of the presentation of this TSV. I had no idea there was a glass nail file in it.

Mine was dispatched about 11.22pm on Thursday. (The item ordered for me on the 4th, Tuesday arrived today,) Evri page is saying it is being processed at the hub, so should arrive tomorrow? Have not been getting updates from Evri, only know something is coming when it arrives on the door step! Don't know if it is just me, but they suck the joy out of purchases when they take to long to arrive!

The tools seem to be very good quality. Heavier than I thought they would be. I am happy with this TSV. Mind you haven't tried the polishes yes. 
Mine has now arrived. I didn't get an email at all from Evri regarding delivery, it just turned up this morning. I have now unwrapped it, and am going to try out a colour tonight. Ive noticed that Evri dont email you, QVC do it and they also email you a picture of it being delivered. Well they have with me over the last few orders I have had. Dont know whether this is countrywide. Mine arrived yesterday

Same for me - just had a delivery of the Sloggi underwear at 8 o'clock - forgot the QVC email said it would be delivered today - I'm London
I do usually get an email from Evri, saying they have my delivery, and also another when it's out for delivery, then another saying its been delivered. By heck, that's a lot of emails
Mine has arrived, just painted two coats of the nude colour and it has no colour at all, looks the same as when I just wear clear polish. I also found the polish very thin, I don’t wear colour very often but this is very different to the gel polish I have had before
