they done a mixer in 2013 https://www.qvcuk.com/Morphy-Richar...it+Ltd.-_-ONLINE_TRACKING_LINK-_-mediapartner but it didnt come back after that so i persumed it didnt sell that well which wouldnt be surprised

I bought a new iron a few weeks ago directly from Morphy Richard website. It was in their sale plus I found a voucher code for another 20% discount. When the iron arrived (by Hermes) it had a crack in it so I rang MR customer services, they asked could I send a pic of the damage and a new iron arrived the following day and they told me just to dispose of the damaged iron. The CS guy I spoke to said they`d had lots of problems with Hermes and damaged goods so they were changing to Fedex. Whatever QVC are selling from MR I`d browse the MR website first and also look for a voucher code before ordering from Q.
