I’m probably misunderstanding completely.

Has it physically left your account? It might show as being taken when you check your balance, but it will be pending even if it doesn’t say it is. If they have actually taken the money out then that’s the first time I’ve heard of QVC doing it before. Maybe a quick call to Nationwide will help because they’ll know the true status of the payment.

I'll have to look. I check the account regularly.
Yes I see what's happened,there are quite a few payments and as I was scrolling through themit looked like it had been taken but when I moved up the screen I've seen it says pending.

I check my online bank account 3 to 4 times a week to check what has come out supermarket shopping or any other shopping.

Anyway went to our local shopping centre, looked in a few shops and ended up getting a lovely pair of boots from Moda in pelle.
They were reduced from £139 to £83 they were in their elite range ,Portuguese leather they are so comfy and will probably last me years..
The centre has a SpaceNK and Sephora opened this week,so look forward to popping in next week.
