Money off voucher question

I have been sent an email with a £5 voucher to use by 20th dec - my first one yippee, can you informative lot tell me - can I use it on a TSV?

Yes you can i think you have to spend £25.

I had the same email curlyhair and had difficulty redeeming it. It said I could do it online but it wouldn't register. I was trying to use it against a Laura Geller TSV. I rang Customer Services and they didn't recognise the code and transferred me elsewhere who said they would put it through and ask Accounts to sort it out. I can't find my invoice to check whether it has been deducted.

Thanks. I was thinking of maybe using it for YBF, but I will just wait and see if it works on the day.
