Is anyone else watching this painful demonstration of Kiss-Up-On-Steroids? :mysmilie_12:

I really feel sorry for CF.

She began the hour with, "You're so revered, aren't you?" And deteriorated from there. She's hard to watch at the best of times, but this is awful!

Yes l watched the car crash of presenting that is Marv for ten minutes and then turned over to 'Four in a Bed'. I just can't watch the woman! I don't know what the heck she was wearing either! The trousers on her looked disgusting.

The bottoms she was wearing made her hips look very wide. Her presenting style is a bit awkward and I rarely watch her shows through.

If she had let the guy get a word in edgeways he might have been able to tell us a bit about the designs - not that I thought any of them were that nice mind you. I thought Marv looked OK in the top but the trousers looked awful with it and those shoes. She does need to shut up and let the guest talk.

CC

It's funny, she's sings as she talks, just like Debbie Flint. Don't know why it all has to be so theatrical and why they just can't talk properly. Claire Suttons the same, keep expecting her to do jazz hands and burst into a chorus of "All That Jazz" :mysmilie_14:

Poor Christopher Fink. He's now on with Jill Franks. Oh, if only she'd let him get a word in edgeways between the rambling, disjointed but non-stop gabbling!

To be honest l really don't think Jill Fralks look well tonight. She looked awful on the previous ' Cooks Essentials' hour! It looked like she was glad Simon Brown was there to take over!

She is going for the Biker look tonight but it is far too big and she is wearing the small. She ran over onto the runway in her massive high heals and I thought for a moment she was going to take another tumble.

Gosh them purple trousers look really awful on the model! Goodness knows what they would look like on normal folk! I think they are the ones Marv wore earlier and they looked truely horrendous on her! This whole range is not very nice if you ask me! It looks cheap and nasty. Who would wear the awful leather look waistcoat or lacy jacket? I wouldn't be seen dead in them if l am honest.

JF said she would wear them :wonder:Mind you she says she loves everything.

I saw some of the Marv hour and the end of the Jill one and both were awful! Marv kept going on about she's feeling big ATM so was so glad that she'd found something comfy from the range, which made me feel for her as it must be tough being on tv when you're not feeling great about yourself - but my sympathy soon went when she kept talking over the designer.
Or should that be "designer"?! I agree the whole range was awful. They kept talking sbout it as if it's high fashion! (Maybe it is compared to the Quacker Factory and the abomination that is the Bob Mackie stuff (which I witnessed for the first time last week). But the Chelsea Muse looks market stall-ish to me!
And I know boot-leg is a flattering shape for more shapely ladies but on Jill, especially in a several sizes too big they look dreadful and those tops with the slits? (sorry don't know if there's a name for them?!) Not good...!

Did I miss something between Jill and Jilly? There was some sort of joke as they handed over to one another for tsv?

Jilly was doing the quick TSV preview and JF ran over to the runway and told her to get off as she was doing a show trying to be funny. Very manic and not funny.

I absolutely agree with you Totally Loopy Lou! Clothes from a market stall springs to mind, but certainly not with market stall prices. Absolutely terrible fashion offerings once again from QVC. When will they learn? The fashion buyers really want a good talking to!
