Mally's company for sale

Well she was on yesterday on Q. It looks like the company has just been sold and is carrying on as normal. It remains to be seen if the new owners will tinker with the formula of the best sellers and discontinue some items. When Avon bought Liz Earle some people noticed changes in the order of ingredients on the skin tonic I think... and that it seemed to have a different consistency and smell.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like Beauty visions llc was set up a couple of weeks before it purchased Mally Girl. So looks like it was set up to do so. I wonder who the directors are and what links they have to Mally herself?

I guess it would have bought the company's debts so it would have cost significantly more than 10k overall.

Ah, I left zeros off. They originally tried to sell for $8,000,000, the debtors which included QVC US said no too cheap.

You've got to wonder, though, how much of that value was eroded by delaying things, and how much of the extra sale price will just about cover all the lawyers' fees.
